• Quotes & Pricing: Embroidery prices depend on design complexity, stitch count, and garment type. Get a free quote online!

Artwork & Designs:

• Copyright: You are responsible for ensuring you own the rights to any logos, trademarks, or copyrighted designs submitted.

• Artwork Format: We recommend high-quality artwork in .jpeg, .png, or .pdf format. Contact us if your format differs.

• Mockups: We may provide digital mockups for approval before embroidery begins.

 

Order Processing & Shipping:

• Turnaround Time: Embroidery processing typically takes 10-14 business days after order approval.

• Shipping: We offer standard and expedited shipping options (see Shipping Policy for details).

• Tracking: You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.

 

Returns & Exchanges:

• Custom Orders: Due to the custom nature of embroidery, returns and exchanges are limited (see Return & Exchange Policy for details).

• Defective Items/Incorrect Orders: We'll gladly replace defective items or incorrect orders free of charge.

 

Additional Policies:

• Order Cancellations: Contact us ASAP regarding cancellations. A fee may apply if embroidery has begun.

• Disclaimer & Limitations: Minor variations in color or stitching may occur. Our liability is limited to the order cost.
