Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days via UPS, USPS or FEDEX. Cost calculated at checkout.

Expedited Shipping: We offer faster delivery options for an additional fee. See options at checkout.

International Shipping:

Return & Exchange Policy
Returns & Exchanges
Since our embroidery work is custom-made, returns and exchanges are typically limited. However, we want you to be happy with your Stitch Worxs experience!

Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or with an embroidery error on our part, we will gladly replace it free of charge. Please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

Incorrect Items: If we accidentally send you the wrong item, please contact us within 1 business days and we'll arrange a replacement at no cost.

Order Cancellations: We understand plans change! If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations before embroidery begins will receive a full refund. Once embroidery starts, a cancellation fee of 30% may apply.
Please Note:

Custom-embroidered items cannot be returned or exchanged due to sizing issues or buyer's remorse. We highly recommend double-checking your order details (size, color, design) before submitting it.

Items that have been worn or washed are not eligible for return.
